Ord4 – Worship is Giving (8:20)
Ordinary Time, 4th Sunday. Why does Jesus walk away from Nazareth? They want to receive from him without giving anything. We often do this in our relationships, and in our worship of God. If we look to receive we gain a little. If we give of ourselves we gain ten times more. Yes, love is hard work, but it’s worth it. (31 Jan 2010)
