Baptism of the Lord. You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased. With these words Jesus knows who He is: the Son of the Almighty God. He will spend the next three years telling us who we are: Children of a Heavenly Father who loves us and will take care of us. At Baptism we have been adopted as God’s children. Today the Father is telling us You are my Beloved Child. (13 Jan 2013)
